Comfort Apartments Old Town Grobla

Byt se nachází v super lokalitě - v blízkosti centra, ale ještě mimo otravné turistické centrum. Byt i jeho okolí je klidné, okna z obou ložnic směřují do přilehlé zahrádky u domu, sousedé jsou milí. Základní úklid byl proveden velmi dobře, na první pohled vypadalo vše krásně čisté.

Obecně má ubytování už své nejlepší časy za sebou a rozhodně by si zasloužilo nějakou investici. V koupelně se držela vlhkost a kvůli tomu tam byla i plíseň na zdech a stropu. Nábytek v celém bytě je značně použitý - židle v jídelně jsou odrbané, postele rozvrzané a matrace velmi nepříjemně měkké. Bylo by vhodné provést hlubší úklid - odstranit prach a pavučiny za nábytkem, apod. Znovu bych se tu neubytovala.

Das Bett war grausam nach 9 Tagen ist mein Rücken und von meinem Mann kaputt, die Matratze war total ausgelegen für soviel Geld sollte man wenigstens gut schlafen können. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war sehr dreckig und auch total durchgesessen, Ab und zu muss etwas erneuert werden!!! Beim duschen hat man entweder nur kalt geduscht oder sich verbrannt durch das heiße Wasser.

The messages from the property owner were brilliant and very clear about how to get into the property and gain access to keys etc. We loved the property and it was just as the photos showed. The location was good and we could get to the centre of Gdansk as it was almost outside our front door! The kitchen had everything you could need including a kettle and microwave, a large fridge freezer and lots of plates and mugs. We were there during the St Dominic's Fair so there were market stalls outside the property which was lovely as we could hear everyone moving past all the stalls. It was a short walk down to the water - restaurants, coffee and ice creams were all along the roads leading from the apartment to the water. This place delivered on every level.

Tiny improvement: Would be great if the sofa could be cleaned up, for such a lovely apartment there were a few stains that could be moved and it would improve the appearance. This is probably the only thing I could think of that could be improved!

Beautifully decorated, 99% was extremely clean, I could not fault who ever cleaned this apartment as it was spotless, very comfortable.

No light switch outside of apartment door so difficult navigating the stairs to get out of the building. The smell of sewage coming from the bathroom sink and shower drains was really disgusting, we had to keep the door shut and hold our noses to enter it unfortunately. This was the only thing that night put us off staying here again.

Location. 15 minutes walk to train station

It wasn’t really clean that well. My mother had to clean some spiders webs from corners and the sofa was really dirty. There is no options to control temperature.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! We were hoping for a place close to the center and the Grobla apartment was only a 3-minute walk from the riverside and a 6-minute walk from downtown (the Neptune fountain in Dluga street). It was extremely convenient. On top of that, the place was quiet and the apartment was cozy and spacious, with enough kitchen supplies to cook a few meals. Definitely recommend!
