ArcView - SEC Hydro Two Bed Flat With Free parking and Great View

La struttura merita unicamente per la vista che è meravigliosa e per il parcheggio gratuito.

1. Non funzionavano i termosifoni, faceva freddo e non abbiamo potuto accenderli. 2. Il bagno era pulito si, ma con dei meccanismi antiquati. Il lavandino troppo piccolo,l’acqua schizzava ovunque e la doccia …. era impossibile fare una doccia lunga l’acqua o era bollente o era gelida. 3. I divani erano luridi e anche le tovagliette per la colazione, indecenti. 4. Le finestre non sono isolanti. Restavano aperte. 5. Le tende non oscuranti quindi era sempre luminosa la stanza, disturbando il nostro sonno. 6. Il palazzo puzza. E la casa anche aveva uno stranissimo odore.

It is in the perfect location for if you have upcoming events at the Ovo Hydro. Lovely little apartment with everything needed for your stay and well looked after.

Great location, easy walk from Exhibition centre station and you couldn’t better the view from the lounge window. Lovely comfy apartment.

Für meine Zwecke absolut tolle Lage, nicht nur der schönen Aussicht wegen. Genug Platz und mit netten Details eingerichtete Wohnung. Zuverlässige und unterstützende Gastgeber.

Schlafzimmerfenster ohne Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Duschboiler träge und unregelmässig.

Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned Windows are needing replaced as some can’t open or difficult to open and close

This flat was comfortable and well fitted out and very clean. The view of the river is wonderful. Despite being close to the main town, and a modern building, it was very quiet.

The keybox is difficult to get at, had to kneel down on the ground - not easy for older people. The flat was rather cramped, in particular a chest of drawers was in the way of getting to the bed in the back bedroom There were too many emails, the information could have been condensed. The message telling us we had to "check out" on the last evening - after a long day with an early start ahead - was not appreciated.

I loved the view, proximity to the SEC, and the well appointed kitchen - full oven, stove, large fridge, and appliances. Lots of crockery and cooking utensils. Beds and lounge were comfortable. I felt safe staying here.

I followed the lock box instructions carefully and found several lock boxes - none were the one I needed. I was able to message the host for help and did find the correct lock box which was nowhere near where I had been searching. Instructions still didn't make sense once i knew the answer.
