Modern 2-bedroom Apt near SSE Hydro and SEC

Apartment was lovely, clean as described. Door staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Check in arrangements slightly difficult but Suzy talked us through what to do. Additions of a shelf and non slip mat in shower would improve safety. Some coffee etc had been left but was very out of date.

Very clean. Good location. well appointed kitchen. Quiet. Warm.

No fire instructions or extinguisher. No grab rail or non slip mat in showers. Towels-not enough for number of guests and poor quality and condition. Beds very low to ground. Instructions for check in need to be revised. Some extra blankets for colder nights would be nice. Also needs some coat hooks in the hall-there’s plenty room for them.

The apartment is large and spacious in a quiet area, easy to get into the centre on the frequent x19 bus service. We didn't use any of the cooking facilities as we ate out but the kitchen was very nice: the settees and beds comfy: the showers were good: I expect the heating was on as the temperature was fine - we were not cold in the mornings or evenings (we didn't need to check). We organised the trip around a concert at the ovo Hydro - it literally is a 7/10 minute walk - dead easy. The curry house on the corner is particularly nice but otherwise we ate in the centre. We plan to go back and would look to use this apartment again.

I didn't receive the email beforehand ( I checked junk and my bin - it didn't come through booking.com either) and this would have undoubtedly helped in getting to the property - after 10 hours of travelling, we ended up walking the streets in the dark and torrential rain. A description of the key box would help as there were two in the same place, needless to say we were trying the wrong one. Had we realised that the x19 bus drops off right outside (50 yards) the apartment block we wouldn't have jumped in a taxi. The x19 bus stop is by the Glasgow Central train station - about 50 yards from Lidl - it's only 5 minutes and £1.60.

The apartment was lovely with all the conveniences of home.

The only thing I regretted was that we didn’t stay longer

Very homely, could have moved in permanently! The added pool table was a big hit for the boys. Just on the outskirts of Glasgow but close enough to enjoy on foot (20 minute walk) Very close to science museum which needs a whole day to properly explore.
