Huge apartment, all complete. Easy to go everywhere

The location is perfect right in the centre and less than a minute walk from the central station.

That i didnt stay there for longer than 2 days

Spotless and well presented flat . Coffee mashine and a nice little balcony . Booked a few times now as its a nice location in the city center close to merchant city and all the good bars and shops . The host is always on hand if you need him and fast to reply to any questions .

Hot water for bath wasnt ample

Location was very central

We were very disappointed with our stay at this apartment. On arrival, the apartment was not clean — there was black hair on the bathroom and kitchen floors and even in the cutlery drawer. The dishes and cutlery were greasy, and when we tried to use the dishwasher, it did not work properly, leaving everything dirty. The bed linen was very poor quality and the doona itself was disintegrating. Despite contacting the hosts several times by phone and email, we received no response or assistance. The building itself was also very dirty, and while the location is central, the surrounding area did not feel particularly pleasant. To add to the discomfort, a man knocked on our door at 7am claiming to be a neighbour and insisting on cleaning our bedroom window. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment and the lack of support meant we had to cut our stay short.
