Spacious, clean, easy access, safe and secure apartment and building. Had everything you would need in a home from home. Easy access to the city centre, entertainment and restaurants. The owner and the cleaning staff were helpful and flexible. Happy with our choice on this visit to Glasgow.

We would happily stay here again. The apartment could do with a little TLC nothing major and nothing that impacted our stay. Just the usual wear and tear of a family apartment.

Large flat, plenty of space for the whole family. Excellent location. Fantastic communication. So welcoming.

It was an apartment. We were comfortable there.

The location. The nearby Tesco. Unfortunately, there is nothing more I remember fondly.

Two things: 1. Dade Thomas did not respond and was not helpful. Since we would be arriving between 11 and 12 pm, we tried to find out early how check-in would work at that time. We sent messages through Booking and via email - and Booking dropped a message: No answer, not even that the check in would be handled by code. I began to wonder if the apartment was real, to put it mildly. It wasn't until shortly after midnight on the day of arrival that we received the check-in information. Since reviews told as about a parking possibility, we asked about it after arrival. No answer, who is surprised. 😉 2. The condition of the apartment (see photos). In March 22, a review stated that the apartment needed spring cleaning. In June 22, a leaky shower was mentioned. Both observations are still true. Furniture needs a makeover or is damaged, electrical outlets are dangerously loose in the wall, the ceiling in the living room needs at least new paint, the TV remote needs to be replaced, the refrigerator is dirty, some corners show odd black stains, etc. Overall, I perceived the apartment as run down. Either there is a strong discrepancy between the positive reviews until the middle of this year and reality, or something substantial has happened to the apartment since then. Taking everything together, I feel the price is way too high: you get two rooms in a 4 star hotel for about the same money - maybe not quite as big, but in better condition and with attentive staff.

There were some issues with the lock of the door, it was not clear how to use it and tended to get stuck because it was loosely attached to the door. It was solved.
