A localização é extremamente conveniente, é possível ir a praticamente qualquer lugar a pé — isso é realmente excelente.

A roupa de cama está um pouco desgastada e várias cobertas apresentam cheiro de mofo, o que acaba sendo um ponto negativo.

Manutenção geral do apartamento: defeito no aquecedor há gás (resolvido no segundo dia), geladeira com um pouco de ferrugem e vazando água, móveis sem manutenção, algumas tomadas sem tampas.

Ótima localização, pertinho de todos os pontos principais de Gramado. Apartamento grande, confortável. No apartamento tem todos utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários para cozinhar.

Única coisa q acho q precisa trocar são as panelas, principalmente frigideiras. Mas nada q atrapalhasse ou não fosse possível fazer.
