AC fungerade inte och det var ca 30 grader varmt. Väldigt störande från restauranger precis nedanför fönstret . Livligt tills restaurangerna stängde.Nyckel till lägenheten fick man hämta i en box i ingången till fastigheten . Men den var så långt upp på väggen att vi knappt kom åt den .

Il Santo Domingo Suite è un appartamento strategico per visitare Granada: a pochi passi dal centro storico, permette di esplorare la città a piedi senza problemi. L’ambiente è silenzioso nonostante la zona centrale, e il letto è comodo, garantendo un buon riposo. Lo staff, inoltre, si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, sia durante il check-in che nel suggerire luoghi da visitare. In conclusione, se cercate una soluzione economica e ben collegata, può essere un’opzione valida, ma non aspettatevi standard elevati di pulizia o comfort climatico. Con qualche miglioramento, soprattutto nella manutenzione, potrebbe essere un’ottima scelta.

Pulizia non impeccabile: piatti ancora sporchi e bagnati nella dispensa, vetro della doccia ricoperto di calcare. - Arredi datati: mobili un po’ vecchi e in alcuni punti rovinati, che trasmettono una sensazione di trascuratezza. - Aria condizionata inefficace: più simile a un ventilatore che a un vero impianto di raffreddamento. Ad agosto, con il caldo granadino, è stato un problema non da poco.

La ubicación era muy buena, todo estaba a menos de 10 minutos andando.

El sitio estaba muy sucio, sabanas con manchas de sangre y almohadas amarillas, había mobiliario roto como el armario principal y el termo tenía una fuga de agua y óxido, lo que indica que hace tiempo que está el problema, esto nos inundó el suelo del baño y dejo el váter inutilizable (ya que este se ubica justo debajo del termo) y caían gotas de agua con óxido en él. El aire acondicionado insuficiente no climatizaba nada.

EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO ERA INSUFICIENTE, LA HABITACION SUCIA Y LAS TOALLAS VIEJAS. FUERON A ECHARNOS COMO PERROS TRATANDONOS MAL.NO VOLVERE

Not spotless but clean enough. Good for the price.

Probleme de climatisation

Cozy place located right by a church and small plaza. Loved looking out the window while sitting on the couch to see the sunlight on the church. Well equipped kitchen with some basics provided ie coffee, tea, oil. Comfortable beds. Neat, tidy and clean. Walking distance to most attractions and grocery store. Bus to alhumbra right at the doorstep. We would stay here again as all the benefits outweighed the drawbacks.

1. Some difficulty with check in. The outdoor buzzer panel for the unit states "this is not the tourist apartment". Then, a lady came out of the apartment and told us that this was not the correct place and sent us two blocks away. We were in contact with the owner and found out that it was the correct place. You need to look on the opposite wall above the flyer box to find the lock box. it is a little high to reach for a shorter person. You enter the code provided to attain the key to get inside the building. 2. There is a lounge/bar below the apartment. On Friday and Saturday night, it is lively. The noise did not bother us too much. 3 it is a plus that the alhumbra bus is literally at the doorstep to the apartment. Buses are frequent throughout the whole day so there is some noise from that as well

Great, characterful flat in a great location so easy to walk everywhere. The owners left enough staples, tea, coffee and milk. Very thoughtful
