Lovely central location and beautiful views. Loads of local facilities on the doorstep and city centre ten minutes walk away.

Garage facilities in the basement were an incredibly tight squeeze. Not suitable for anything bigger than a fiat 500. Directions to get to the building by car were a little vague.
