excelente localização! dá para fazer várias coisas à pé! Pertinho da rua coberta, dá praça das etnias, rua torta, pizzaria cara de mau. Em frente ao mundo lugano! Apartamento bem equipado e espaçoso!

Localização melhor impossível, anfitriã super simpática nos atendeu super bem, o apartamento era muito confortável , já estava pronto bem antes do combinado, estacionamento na frente do prédio, literalmente tudo estava perfeito.

Apartamento excelente! Ambiente amplo, limpo e organizado. A localização é simplesmente a melhor: bem no centro de Gramado, onde você pode passear a pé, sendo perto de tudo. A decoração sempre em clima Natalino só melhora as coisas, minha esposa amou!
