We were met by a gentleman who helped us to enter and for us to drop off luggage as the apt wasn't available yet.

The door was very difficult to open with all of the sets of keys - very hard to know which key opened which lock. The single most shocking thing about our stay was that when we dropped off our luggage we noticed PLENTY of toilet paper but when we returned there was literally NO toilet paper. Not a stitch of paper in the entire apt. While one bathroom had a bidet, the other one did not. We had to provide our own for the entire visit.
