"Great location, comfy and spacious but with some issues"

Excellent location, really comfy beds, lovely balcony (albeit very small), well equipped kitchen, spacious. Good size for four people.

Some issues - ant problem in kitchen and lounge, one bathroom completely out of order during our stay, few things broken or need replacing, not very clean. All issues reported to management. No finishing / homely touches or welcome pack etc which you might expect, just a functional space.
