ARABIAL DELUXE II

Not far from the city center, ezy to get in and quite cheap parking in a garage (10euro/night). The cot was not inside as we requested but I appreciate a prompt reaction from Ana who solved the situation.

Don't count on much dishes in the kitchen, we missed for example a kettle, a pot or some tissues or towel for cleaning and drying. The appartment was basicaly clean but the dust nex to the bed or unclean table in the kitchen does not seem very professional.

It is a good apartment! Comfy, clean, neat. Beds are very comfortable and perfectly done!! Kitchen well equipped! and Location is great! The host is very communicative and always available.

The shower has a really bad problem. When you shower the water gets out of the shower wetting the bathroom and even part of the apartment if you don't pay attention... You have to get out of the bathroom in the middle of showering and try to clean the floors with what you have on hand. I also didn't like that we were 5 guests, the two bedrooms were perfectly done, but we needed the sofa bed that was not done, and I had to look everywhere for sheets and towels for the fifth guest! Didn't contact host because by the time I realized, it was too late.

All the points of interest are close by walk. A parking with a good price is very close.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was well-equipped in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you!

Centric location, older building but fully renovated apartment. Parking 2 blocks away for an additional fee. Washer available as well as fridge, kitchen, and oven. Two bedrooms and one sofa bed. One TV on the living room.

The exact address must be updated, and there is a slight discrepancy between coordinates and official address. There is one long pillow per bed, suggesting 2 smaller pillows at least per bed. The bathroom needs certain updates already shared with the manager. Also recommend more TVs on the bedrooms and more comfortable sofa. The main bedroom AC has some problems.

Good location and overall good value

Good location (close to the city center and Parque de la Ciencias, super market and parking behind the corner). Clean and comfortable apartment. Very friendly host.
