Trinacria apartments

The apartment was clean and efficient. We were able to cook a few meals in the well stocked kitchen. The owner greeted us at the front of the apartment and offered to carry our luggage up the 20 steps to the balcony and the room. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. The balcony is shared and I met other travelers there and we shared stories.

The balcony is shared. Be aware that you are in Italy and something people smoke on the balcony. The bed was hard for my comfort level but similar to other beds in Italy. The road to get to the apartment from the bus becomes a flight of stairs. We counted 58 steps before you get to the apartment. Heavy luggage is a problem.

La posizione ottima, in pieno centro storico di Catania. Il proprietario, Renato, disponibilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza.

La doccia era piuttosto malconcia anche se perfettamente funzionante.

La casa è molto vicina al centro e attorno c’è ogni tipo di attività commerciale

I letti sono scomodissimi, duri e i cuscini molto bassi. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni con il mal di schiena tanto che abbiamo dovuto usare pomate antidolorifiche. In generale la casa nn era pulita: la cappa della cucina unta e arrugginita, il piatto doccia sinato e pieno di calcare, sotto i letti tanta polvere. L’appartamento nn gode di privacy,infatti la porta di ingresso nn può essere chiusa dall’interno e per di più accanto c’è un locale a cui il padrone accede tutte le volte che vuole. Abbiamo anche il dubbio che l’host sia entrato spegnendo il condizionatore

Super emplacement, les équipements sont bien, l’accueil est top avec une video d’explications pour notre arrivée. La climatisation est très utile :) C’était calme ! Très bonne douche

Les lits sont un peu durs

L'espace, le calme, la propreté, la literie.

Le wifi peu performant. Le manque d'une machine à laver le linge.

Excellent location near city center and key points. Really close by the bus-station. We rented a 3-person room that had all the facilities we needed(+small kitchen). Renato was really helpful with the directions from the airport and quick to answer to the messages when contacted.
