Proximity to the city centre, the apartment was clean, there was coffee and tea provided in the kitchen, shower gel in the bathroom, everything was neat. The self-check in is very convenient, and the contact with the Owner is fantastic 😊 There are a few secure car parks nearby, the one we chose is approx. 15 mins on foot from the place.

May be hard to get here by car - very narrow and busy streets, but that's not the Owners fault.

Very quiet, clean, nice and modern space. Easy acccess with the key locker. Exceeded my expectations.

Very close to the city center. Separate living room, bedroom, well-equipped kitchen (+ bonus - coffee machine with capsules), bathroom..., really a lot of space. Fast communication with the owner via Whatsapp. The price-quality ratio of accommodation is excellent.

The apartment was cold, especially in the kitchen, but I think it's common overall in southern countries that thermal insulation is weaker. However, there is air conditioning in the living room, so that room can be heated.

Clean, spacious and close to the center. It is also possible to park next to the building.

Hotel in the old part of Catania, a bit uphill, very near the monastery of the benedictines where I had a conference. It was simply perfect for that. There are no beautiful views on the street/area was not tidy but I didn't care. The flat is very large, everything necessary is there, comfortably decorated, modern and everything works in perfect order. I don't think you would be comfortable with four persons in this flat, but it depends how long you need to stay there. There are not too many restaurants or cafes around it, you may need to work a little bit around. The flood has a strange layout, the kitchen is in fact a covered patio. The kitchenette is well equipped, with a coffee machine, toaster, really convenient. Comfortable working space, with a table and a chair. The host was very friendly and responsive by telephone, because I actually haven't met her. The whole check in and out process is with a code that allows you access to the key.

The Wi-Fi was terrible and in fact I ended up using the connection with my cell phone. I have no idea if this is because it is an old area, but it was down half of the time. No parking, this is an old city area. The checkout time at 10 in the morning is too early, but you can always leave the luggage anyway.

Perfectly constructed apartment fully satisfying the needs of city visitors. Nicely decorated and extremely spacious! Enjoyable also for 3-4 people. Really close to all important sights of Catania. Self check-in/out eases the life. Even parking in front of the apartment was also possible.
