I was impressed with the standard of cleanliness and the welcome from Salvo. I explained that I needed an ironing board and a kettle. (not sure what happened to the old one) Having read one of the previous reviews about the bedroom, I also asked for a fan. Did not need it at all as the A/C was very efficient. Within 2 hours Salvo came back and gave them to me, that for me is customer service. Solving problems to make the customer happy. Taking the Metro into the centre was easy. Always buy the day ticket only to help you get around.

The only point I would make is the need for a small pan and brush. Everything else was excellent.
