The apartment was well located and comfortable.

It was very noisy during the night. We assumed there must be a club/disco nearby. But we only stayed for one night...

"A lovely apartment opposite the castle but some issues with noise levels."

Loved the location and view of the castle. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with reliable wifi.

It was very noisy all night on the Friday and Saturday nights. There was no drying rack available & ni tea towels or spare pillows.

"Beautiful apartment, helpful staff, excellent location."

We loved the location, the interiors and the staff who were very helpful. The apartment has lots of original features - high and beautifully decorated ceilings, cement floor tiles, period furniture mixed with new comfortable amenities. Great view from the windows, too. Nice restaurants nearby, great bakery for delicious breakfasts, no problem with parking in the streets in the area. Last but not least - the owners responded to our questions quickly, they were flexible and very helpful.

The shower could be replaced 😉

"Really enjoyed our stay"

Great location with lots of lively bars and restaurants nearby. 10 mins walk from Fisherman’s Market and bus station. Great view across food tops to my Etna from our apartment. Comfy beds and great set up for two couples. Easy check in and check out using keysafe, so didn’t meet hosts but they were really responsive to messages via the Booking.Com app

No comfy seating in kitchen, wooden chairs only option and very uncomfortable, so not great for hanging out / watching tv in kitchen which is main communal area. Terrace is tiny from kitchen and leads to another building that needs repair, so it’s a scruffy area and looks unsafe. But did manage to perch on a couple of chairs in the eve right by our kitchen door to take in the view.

"Superb"

The apartment is in an excellent location and has everything you might need for a city stay. It also stays reasonably cool during the day and you can even see Mount Etna from the balcony. The owners were super friendly and easy to communicate with.
