Helpfull owner, good location, nice apartman

What can I say. I booked the property for a trip with 4 friends as an early celebration for my 50th birthday. Alessandro met us at the property and both him and his wife took their time to show us around the entire property, explain how everything worked, where the wifi code was etc. They also provided us with some restaurant and lido recommendations, which were extremely helpful. The property itself is stunning and I really do not think that the photos do it justice. We were all amazed by it. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen area was airy and spacious and provided the perfect spot for us all to sit and chat after a day out exploring. As the property is in a residential area, we found that the local bars and restaurants that we visited were more catered to the local residential area, rather than tourist traps, so not only provided good value for money, but were very lovely places to visit. There is a supermarket about a 2-minute walk away - it looks quite small from the outside, but is actually quite large and has a very large array of choice, whatever you are looking for. Overall, I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and if I ever visit Catania again, I will most definitely make sure that I book here again. Grazie mille Alessandro!!

Absolutely nothing

Nice layout, 5 big double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Modern and comfortable, lots of room to spread out. Owner was really helpful, kept in touch via WhatsApp and always ready to help, drove us to the supermarket on our first day and very accommodating. Location was quite good once we’d figured out the buses it was very easy to get about. Walkable to the centre but quite a long way. Lots of places to shop for groceries or places to eat out close by.

No chopping board or bread knife made self catering a little tricky! Blockage in one bedroom sink. Road noise was loud in the mornings.

Very modern and tastefully furnished. Clean and spacious bedrooms, great location if you don’t mind a walk into town, close to the station for trip to Taormina, friendly and helpful host

All was perfect

The property was amazing, great facilities and location, perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 young children. Our host Alessandro greeted us with a bottle of wine and made us feel very comfortable. He also provided tour options, restaurants and was available on the phone whenever needed. I recommend his home to anyone who is looking at staying in Catania. Grazie Alessandro and ciao till next time.
