La ubicación directamente sobre el mar. El departamento bien equipado. Muy agradable la zona de pileta. Muy cerca del centro para pasear e ir a los restaurantes.

O apt. é ótimo! Confortável e bem equipado. Localização perfeita, os funcionários são simpáticos, o proprietário super atencioso.

Apartamento limpo, bem climatizado, com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários. Além de ser pé na areia, é bem perto do centro do Cumbuco, sendo possível ir a pé.

Não observei aspectos negativos que pudessem comprometer a estadia

The location is the closest to the beach, kiteboarding facilities. Staff was kind. Landlord is helpful and communicative.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS APARTMENT This is a condominium and each apartment is owned and manage by its owner. I have stayed there numerous times in a variety of appartments and never had a problem. I had to make a slight change in the reservation (not in the dates or length of stay). Booking.com agreed to do it, at no charge, but required the ok of the owner. The owner demanded a penalty fee of 300Rs , almost as much as the entire stay , which was 350Rs. Amount to be paid in cash only. He knew I had no choice and just blackmailed me. Additionally, this apartment is not in good shape. bathroom floor was filthy and so are the kitchen walls. It worst than all other apartments in which I have stayed there.
