The location was amazing. Right in the heart of old town with everything right at your doorstep. The view from the terrace was unbelievable with an uninterrupted view of the most beautiful sunsets.

The air conditioning was sufficient to make you feel cooler when you walked in to the apartment, but you started to feel warm quite soon after. I think it would benefit from another split system downstairs. The fold out bed is very loud and not very comfortable. It served its purpose for our 4 year old, but as adults you wouldn’t want too many nights on it :)

We loved Balconi Bellavista. Amazing place, Great communication and helpfulness including wtih arranging parking and even restaurant suggestions. What an absolutely outstanding VRBO experience. one of the best we have had. We even were able to arrange a boat aperitivo tour with Balconi and it was amazing as well. What great places in a lovely city. We will come again! :)

The view, location and sunset

Small bathroom, bed kind of uncomfortable

Location was perfect for the beach

The air on was nosy and located on the balcony. Sitting on the balcony was not that pleasant due to the fumes from the heating boiler.

Cold water for showers. We were told not to drink the water.

The apartment was clean and modern, yet in an ancient building in old town. We loved watching everything going on the street below from our terrace. And the view from the rooftop was incredible! Super convenient to both the beach and restaurants.

The walk from parking was really hot, but we appreciated not having a lot of cars in the old town.

Loved the location, apartment and experience.

The registration of passport and communication back and forth via the booking.com app + form + email was a bit tedious.
