Die Lage ist fantastisch. Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und direkt in der Altstadt! Der Service der Eigentümer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Restaurants, Cafes alles war in unmittelbarer Nähe - und die Wohnung war trotzdem sehr ruhig! Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Eigentümer (Christian und Papa) war hervorragend!! Vielen lieben Dank.

Die Wohnung ist exklusiv und super gelegen. Der Preis ist jedoch nicht günstig. Es hat uns trotzdem sehr gut gefallen.

Power outage: On our first day, the apartment had no electricity until 9:00 PM, despite the rest of the building (and even the hallways) having power. This meant no water or ability to shower, which was a major inconvenience. Water issues: The water stream was very weak and inconsistent. Hot water took 5–7 minutes to arrive after opening the tap. Kitchen supplies: Insufficient utensils, plates, and glasses to accommodate even a simple meal for four guests. Coffee machine: Did not work properly, and the supplied coffee was of very poor quality. Essentials: No shampoo, soap, or basic toiletries provided—you must purchase your own. Air conditioning: Ineffective. It barely cooled a small section upstairs and could not maintain comfort across the apartment. Prior to arrival, we were told an extra bed would be provided. On arrival, the only options were one bed and one sofa bed. When questioned, the owner (Christian) clarified via text that the sofa bed was the “extra bed.” However, since we had booked for four people, the sofa bed should have already been considered a standard provision—not an “extra.” This felt misleading and frustrating. No, there was no breakfast Overall Experience: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. For the price charged, the value received was far below expectations. It felt as though the property is being treated more as a cash cow rather than a genuine hospitality offering. To remain competitive, the owners need to invest in meaningful upgrades and improvements that align with the standards travelers expect.

There was absolutely no running water 98% of the time we were there for our 5 night stay for a family of 4. Barely enough water pressure to brush our teeth and had to take a shower at the local beach with cold water after paying a lot of money for our stay. It made for a horrible experience. Will never go back there again and I highly recommend you book elsewhere. We tried telling the host multiple times but they did nothing to accommodate us! So unsanitary and disgusting to say the least!
