La ubicación es muy buena

Todo se empañó porque estuve esperando una hora bajo el sol para hacer el check in, les dije que llegaba 13 hs al aeropuerto de Palermo y me contestaron que recién 15 hs podía ingresar. A esa hora estaba en la puerta mandando mensajes pero había poca señal y no salían mis mensajes. Recién 16 hs lo vieron y me mandaron un instructivo de ingreso. Si tenían un instructivo, por qué no lo mandaron 15 hs en punto y me evitaban el mal momento

The apartment is spacious in good location. Sufficient cooking / dining equipment.

Poor communication: We have been trying to reach out to the host multiple times from 2 weeks before arrival until the day before, but never got replies. We had to contact Booking’s customer service to finally receive check in information. When we lived in the apartment and asked for other information, the reply was very slow. Facility: one of the air conditioners was dripping water even though it was set at 24 degrees. The water draining in the shower was super slow - a flood appeared just one minute after shower so you have to stop showering several minutes or take it very quickly. Sound isolation: It’s very bad and you can hear everything from the street since late evening and early morning…

The location is great — right downstairs you’ll find delicious street food. The place is clean and comfortable inside.

It would be even better if guests could be reminded via text before check-in that the city tax needs to be paid in cash.

Excellent quality accommodation on a quiet side street to the two large and lively shopping and restaurant streets. Tastefully designed with AC, induction hob and top class wifi. We had ten pleasant days in Cefalu using the apartment as a base. Steep and rather narrow stairs up to the apartment may limit suitability for some tenants. Utmärkt kvalitetsboende på lugn sidogata till de två stora och livliga shopping- och restaurangstråken. Smakfullt designat med AC, induktionshäll och wifi i toppklass. Vi hade tio angenäma dagar i Cefalu med lägenheten som bas. Brant ganska smal trappa upp till lägenheten kan begränsa lämpligheten för vissa hyresgäster.

Everything was great! Beautiful apartment, modern design, completely equipped with everything you need, perfect cleanliness, air conditioning in both rooms. Great location and wonderful terrace.

The building has very steep stairs to the apartment, and since we were with a small child and had a stroller and beach equipment it was a bit tiring to climb up and down every day, however, that has nothing to do with the owner, I guess all buildings in Old town have such stairs. The mattress wasn't very comfortable.

Appartamento vicinissimo al centro, con tutte le comodità. Molto bello e accogliente.
