This was my third stay at Sree Devi Residency, and it continues to be a great choice whenever I visit. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main shopping areas, making it very convenient for both shopping and dining. It is also just a one-minute walk from the Ashram Temple, which houses all the deities, making it an ideal place for pilgrims. There is a grocery store nearby as well, adding to the convenience of the stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed.

During my previous stay, breakfast was provided, but unfortunately it was not available this time. It would be great if breakfast could be offered again, as it adds extra convenience for guests.

I am not satisfied with the owner or the agreement. Breakfast was included in the original booking price for four persons, yet I was still charged for it. Instead of refunding the amount, the owner offered a ₹3000 discount for a future stay, which was not useful to me as this was a one-time visit for a visa appointment. This was a stay for two nights, so the issue should have been resolved immediately rather than offering a future discount. No cleaning was done during our stay, and there were no extra toilet paper supplies or basic essentials. The towels provided were in very poor condition—dark, unhygienic, and not usable. We had to buy new towels ourselves. We booked this apartment expecting a functional kitchen, but it was very poorly equipped. There were only two plates for four people, and no proper utensils, spoons, extra plates, or basic kitchen facilities. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

The property was new and clean and very close to shopping, will definitely book again, the host is flexible and very accomodating, wifi is good, ac was good, has a washing machine.

Old property, average clean. You are paying for the location. Wifi wasn't working inside property but works only near the lift. Wasn't fixed the whole day despite raising a couple of times. Needed to log on to work for an urgency.
