The squeaking floorboards. We heard every footstep above us throughout the night.

We loved the location! Excellent amenities, bars and restaurants and City Wall Walk within a minute's walk. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and Lisa was really helpful with arrival details and prompt to respond to queries.

The apartment was a fabulous find. Location, facilities, cleanliness, comfort and communication second to none. High quality fixtures and fittings, very comfortable beds and everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The location could not be better, just 2 minutes walk into the city centre but a very quiet location. Communication from the host, Lisa, was excellent, very friendly and helpful with a very quick response to any questions. Car parking was just across the road, very reasonably priced and friendly service on top. Cannot fault our weekend at all. Will definitely book again when next in Chester

A gorgeous apartment in the center of Chester. Spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds. It had everything that we needed and more aa the host kindly left us tea, coffee and milk so we could settle with a cuppa when we arrived. Highly recommended

We liked just about everything, especially the location. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, a home from home.

Wash basin in bathroom was a bit small

Excellent location. We loved the extra's- tea, coffee, and biscuits. There was a Christmas tree which was lovely. Conditioners, shampoos, etc., were a beautiful touch. Nice linen and pillows.

There were a few bits that needed attention. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the toilet seat needed replacing. The stairs to the kitchen need updating; I caught my sock on a nail sticking out. The pizza board was split, and the towels were stiff. But overall, we did like it, and thought it was excellent value for money.
