The Avondale Attic

The accommodation was comfortable and very spacious and it was great having a washing machine and dryer. The property was very convenient to transport and suoermarket etc and the street was very quiet.

The place was cute, the kitchen is a little rough looking but ok since we only stayed the weekend and mostly ate out. I think the place is accessible to public transit if you're willing to walk, and it was nice that street parking passes were provided. For the amount of people it sleeps, it is definitely worth the price. Overall the place was a little rough around the edges, there were stickers on one of the doors and the couches were covered by sheets which I felt a little strange, bit nothing too crazy. I think I would definitely book again, especially because the host was so kind and accommodating.

The location isn't the greatest, but again for the price and hospitality I think the stay is well worth it.

Very Cosy Apartment. Can recommend it.

The area was great and had a lot to offer for when we were feeling like sticking to neighborhood walks. The apartment itself was just fantastic. Lots of space and comfort, I swear that's the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Easy to check in and out as well, that's a plus. A fully functioning bathroom and kitchen was a big highlight. I enjoyed the privacy, and the neighbors/tenants were very respectful. The place was very clean and felt very cozy. Lastly, the price was insanely good compared to the surrounding areas, especially given the size and freedom of the place. Would stay again.

The bathroom is a bit small but hardly worth mentioning. The washer and dryer gave out on us once when both running at the same time but this was fixed by moving the plugs to a different outlet. And lastly, the description mentioned a back porch and seemed to have a patio but we did not find one.
