My family and I loved everything about the place,it was exceptional 👌.

The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It is close to Clarens Town. Very quiet complex, and the houses are sufficiently spaced so that neighbours don't disturb each other. Beautiful scenery around the complex.

Excellent accommodation, with a really well equipped house. The quality of everything is outstanding from the linnen to the glassware, just exceptional. Attention to detail finishes also greatly appreciated. It is also well located, 5 min from town and far enough to not have any of the noise, especially during festivals.

Bianca didn't answer the phone when we needed to get into the property. There is no dstv, apparently owners just have dstv steam, which is not proper satellite channels, as advertised. Had to keep sending Bianca the access code multiple times, still not obtained. No netflix, agent keeps saying she is waiting for owner, nothing she can do. However, full price paid to book property. Less towels, carry your own. Rationed toiletries. No airconditioning, more than 40 degrees in patio, when 25 degrees outside. Bianca says fans ordered by owners, but never arrive during my stay. Heat was intolerable. Driver was covered in mud, kept coming into unit. Very disappointed

Very comfortable and clean unit. Good location 1 km from the town center. Bonus being pet friendly on request. We would definitely recommend the Dock

The place has almost everything that you need in a home. It is a home away from home. Please add a video online to attract more quests. I think a video may do more justice to this awesome place.

The cleaners should please wash the light blankets (throws) that are put on the beds. I believe the guests who were there before us had pets because there was fur on the throws and the mat in the lounge area. Lastly, the coffee, tea and sugar were not refilled for the second day. Other than these two issues, we loved everything about the place.
