The attention to detail - coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, towels, abundant hot water, marvelous large and very comfortable pillows and duvet

The chalet lighting was inadequate - the two ceiling light were broken; I replaced a burned out bulb in a bedside light. The condition of the road from Clarens is in an appalling condition made more dangerous when the hundreds of potholes and broken surfaces near the Spar and garage are flooded and impossible to depth gauge.

The place was quite, not far from town, the mountains, morning breeze, for me everything was perfect

gas heater could not be used as both gas bottles were empty. and it was cold..

The property is functional. It has all the basic necessities. It is also very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. There was a heater which came in handy in the evenings. Lastly, the portable lights were a gem since there was also loadshedding.

Everything was okay. Maybe a bit modernizing some of the furniture and utensils but all in all. The property is functional. I absolutely loved it.

The approach by the person or agent who came to the flat to ask us to check out was rude. He badged into the room while we were busy checking out and started shouting that we should move out. We had a lots of staff cus we came a marathon and a relaxed short vacations and we also spend some time trying to tidy up up the place cus we had few guests the night before cle
