"Decent and neat, but not at all exceptional."

The space was made with decent materials and neat.

The living area exists of a very small kitchen/dining and an equally cramped separate bedroom, both with low ceilings, what makes staying there feel a little claustrophobic. We definitely lacked a sofa to relax during the day. We stayed for 10 nights and didn’t get any clean sheets or towels during that period. Also the trash wasn’t taken out ones. It says ‘exceptional’ in the description, but ‘decent’ is a much more accurate word to describe the space.

"Great setting for seeing koln"

Good location,quiet area,good transport links,apartment was warm,clean well stocked,with good facility's,plenty hot water in good shower,decent pressure.netfilx a bonus.

If I was being really picky,bathroom was downstairs, but can't really fault.

To stay this apartment you have to have a car. the parking is good enough..and My room is first flood and bath room is ground floor..so I need up & down....

"nice and cozy apartment, perfect for 2 people"

On arrival, we had our own parking space in front of the apartments. We got the key out of a password-protected lockbox, which was easy to find and open. The apartment was nice and clean. The roof terrace is really really cool, especially at night! The bedroom has a really good AC that makes sure that on the hottest of days, you're still able to sleep in a cool room. The bed was really comfortable with 2 separate blankets! The kitchen is really well stocked with some basic spices, an electric kettle a coffee machine and even includes a dishwasher. The TV worked fine and we mostly used the HDMI and our laptop to watch some series on it. We personally got around Köln by using a bike-sharing app, which had bikes parked in the outer zones about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, after that it's just a 20-minute cycle into the city centre. Overall the apartment is really really nice and I would love to stay there again next year during our next conference :)

The location is not very ideal, but it's hardly a problem if you don't mind a bit of a walk.
