Design Apartment in Köln mit Terrasse

The apartament was perfect for us, good equipped, very beautiful terrace with a small lake with fish, park place in front of the house, close to the bus station or U-bahn.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Besonders die schöne Terrasse war ein echtes Highlight – ideal für ein Frühstück am Morgen oder einen entspannten Abend. Auch die ruhige Lage in Kombination mit der guten Anbindung ins Zentrum war für uns perfekt. Alles war blitzsauber und der Gastgeber super freundlich und aufmerksam.

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden – wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Perfect for what we needed. Amenities were perfect, there was everything we needed. Really comfortable apartment.

Rooms are very nice and quite big

Bed was very low and mattress very uncomfortable left 1 day early because of it

Very calm and quit place. Small room , but very big and beautiful garden. Clean and very harmony house. Very friendly and positive owners.

The bed creaks very loud, iron without ironing bord, kitchen stove partially working, there were no lids on the frying pan. But all this owners could change.

the lady is very nice! although she could not speak English. but we have very good communication. She provides us many convenience

if it could provide washing machine, it will be perfect. Anyway, it is good house.

There wasn't anything to like unfortunately.

We hated it. We hated it that much, we immediately booked a hotel elsewhere at great expense and left as soon as we could. The photos were misleading, appearing to show the beds in separate rooms when they're not. The host made up two adjoining single beds for myself and my grandmother to share, that isn't appropriate. There was dust everywhere and it wasn't particularly clean. The apartment is in the middle of nowhere and at least a 20 minute walk to any amenities, this wasn't mentioned in the listing. We were told that we weren't allowed to use the heating. It doesn't feel homely or comfortable at all. Worst of all, the host entered the apartment WITHOUT permission through a door at the back of the kitchen space. This door only locks from the outside so the guests have no control at all. We did not feel safe or comfortable with the host letting herself into the apartment from a door only she has access too, it's appalling and we were disgusted. What if they did this when we were out, we didn't feel safe knowing that she would be able to enter and look through our belongings.
