On 320 Apartment

The Host was extremely welcoming and quite direct in communication. The location was in the heart of Colombo, so everything was close by. There was even a supermarket on the property. The apartment complex has all the facilities, including a pool, though I haven't used it. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and ideal for a longer stay.

Clean, good location, good quality, value for money. Has a grocery store on the 5th floor for all needs! Owner is very helpful!

Clean, tidy, large rooms and lots of space, good kitchen and great pool.

No mattress protectors.

On 320 apt is well situated, close to several sights, a park and a tuk tuk-trip to the oceanfront. The apartment was very clean, a nice respite from the bustling city after a day of exploring Colombo. Two double beds big enough to fit three kids and two adults, and the big pool and leisure area was especially appreciated by the kids. Nalinda was very communicative both before and during our stay.

No need to moan at all. We would have appreciated some more plates, cutlery and kitchen ware, and I do think there should have been both washing up liquid, toilet rolls and some bottles of drinking water. But that was basically all we lacked during our stay.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The apartment is very clean. My kids enjoyed a lot like home. Excellent 👌.

Excellent location and Nalinda is responsive and very helpful.

Secured building. The apartment is very clean and well equipped kitchen. The caretaker, Nalika, made sure everything is ok during our stay.

The appartment is well furnished. The pools are in a good shape. Thecheck-in was a little "bumpy" due to a communication problem with the receptionist. This was quickly solved.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, spacious and comfortable. We loved the pool area which was really nicely set out (splash pool, one for lengths and a family pool - all compact but plenty big enough). The apartment is also very central so great for getting about. There's a coffee shop and mini market within the complex and a Spa just a minute down the road. Both Nalinda who dealt with the booking over messaging and Nalika who met us at the apartment were wonderful. All in all a great stay - we'll definitely be back next time we're in Colombo!
