Actually this is my worst experience first time when i book the hotel through the booking.com . Owner of the apartment is a cheater and not provided any facility as described in the Booking.com. even they didn't provide any toiletries and drinking water also.

The location and surroundings and the hospitality was great

1st thing in your site you mention the actual price and not mention extra ... Booking time 25.20 USD I reach there owner calls for payments many time ....that's not good actually.... I sleep when I receive a call asking payment.... We booked a hotel ...without pay we did not run ... Rooms like not open since many days smells comes in

Big living room with nice dining table and big windows. Nice kitchen with everything in it. They even have a washing machine, which is quite nice.

Both rooms in the apartment are quite dark - the room I stayed had no window at all. And the location is OK, close to some malls and shopping centers, but quite far from the beach, and you can't just get to the shore, because there is a driveway.

Super nice appartment near the coast equiped with everything you would need. We have been two people but there is easily space for 4. Checkin was flawless since there is a 24h security guy who handled it. Tuk Tuk to the city center is about 300 to 400 rs.

The ventilation in the bathroom might need a new cover, it was a bit shocking looking into the bare air shaft, but everything else was fine.

Great location, close to shops, public transport and beach. The apt was clean, spacious and comfortable. Thank you Sharon and Gyan for your care and concern. We enjoyed our stay.

There were many modern appliances and a how to operate manual would have been handy!!.
