I stayed here while traveling for work in Bologna and had a truly excellent experience. The place was spotless and very well maintained, with a super cozy and comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after long days. Antonio is incredibly friendly and kind. From the moment he handed over the keys, it was clear how welcoming and considerate he is. Check-in and check-out were smooth and completely uncomplicated, and he even kindly allowed me to check out later due to my late flight, which I really appreciated. He also shared a lot of helpful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Bologna, which made my stay even better. The location is fantastic, shops are just a short walk away and the neighbourhood is very quiet, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, which was very convenient. What stood out most to me was how exceptionally clean the entire place was. Overall, a really pleasant stay and a great experience. Thank you, Antonio! I would definitely come back next time I’m in Bologna.

Bett knarrte laut bei jedem Drehen. Zu wenige Frotteewäsche. Für Frauen ein Tuch für Haare wäre wünschenswert. Im Schlafzimmer war es zwischenzeitlich eher kalt.

Una struttura veramente piacevole con tutti i comfort che ci possono essere in una casa, accogliente, soprattutto un ambiente pulito è una posizione strategica il proprietario gentile e presente anche nell'arco della giornata per darci i supporti e consigli dove andare. La consiglio veramente

Host was helpful, apartment was clean and overall it was all right.

Apartment is not where the map shows, it's farther away from the center. Squeaky doors and beds, have in mind if you are a light sleeper. Very basic apartment for the price, but this is just how Bologna accommodation is unfortunately.
