Dame 4 is very comfortable and so interesting to look at! Lots of lovely objects. In a great location too. Near the centre but lovely little bars, restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. We had a great stay. Giuseppe was so welcoming, gave us lots of information and was extremely helpful. Thank you.

The location was excellent, central and making it easy to get around the city and Bologna is a beautiful city to visit.

The stairs to get to our apartment, five flights, in fairness it was mentioned that the apartment could only be accessed using stairs, but I did not imagine it would be the very last apartment on the last floor. Being 68 and having a lot of luggage made going up and down very difficult. Also left the apartment less frequently because of the stairs.

The property was charming, clean and comfortable! Excellent location so close to everything.

The apartment is really comfortable and beautifully furnished. Objects from various parts of the world are tastefully chosen. The hosts are extremely friendly and available at all times. Even though they already had guests on the day of our departure, we were able to leave our luggage while they tidied up the apartment. The price during the book fair was more than favorable. We will definitely return.

There are quite a few stairs to the apartment, so it's not suitable for those with difficulty walking.

It’s 4 floors up so the legs get a good workout, but worth it for the balcony view across the rooftops.

Fantastic cozy appartment with everything you need just 10 minutes away from Piazza Maggiore.

The apartment was the perfect size for a city break for 4 people. The children loved the bunkbeds and desk. The balcony was great. Had an excellent time.
