It’s absolutely enormous and interesting! Very comfortable. We had many helpful and kind WhatsApps messages with the owner regarding parking and other issues.

The parking situation was horrendous! Maybe we arrived on a bad day but it took an hour of driving to park within a comfortable walking distance( with luggage). It was a bit of a hike to the center from the property as well. We had to plug in the fridge and struggle to understand how to work the hob as the gas was off. The hot water didn’t work and a repairman had to be called.

 La casa è vicina sia al centro che al parcheggio gratuito della porta del mercato. È a piano terra quindi comoda e accessibile. Ha due stanze da letto attigue una con finestra e l'altra no comunque aerata con vetrata alta di ventilazione e luce. Cucina molto curata, accessoriata e munita di stoviglie di carta. Soggiorno elegante e accogliente. Doppia esposizione che conferisce un clima fresco alla casa. Consigliato

Bardzo klimatyczny toskański dom, przemiła Barbara dostarczyła nam wszelkich informacji o które poprosiliśmy. Blisko market w którym można zrobić zakupy. Butelka wina na powitanie. Serdecznie polecam.

Great location central to Cortona's old town. Just a short hike from a large free parking lot. Clean and well-equipped.

Very spacious apartment. Bathroom was modern. Shower was great. The ceiling were unique like works of art. Owners father was kind enough to pick us up at the train station.

The accommodation is inside the ZTL zone so you have to park up outside the walls, on the street or in the free large car park which is about 100 meters away. The sat nav will take you Porto sant Agostino. The Beyfin filling station is virtually opposite. It is a steep 2 minute climb up the street to the apartment especially with your luggage to the third street on your right. There’s a locals car park 10 metres ahead The property is the second one on the right below the parking. The property is authentic Italian, high ceilings, large rooms with wooden shutters The two bedrooms are large , comfortable and accessed by 3 steps from the large living room. The modern bathroom is spacious , great shower and with a fantastic selection of toiletries, towels etc The kitchen has a full cooker, fridge freezer and all utensils . A great addition is having an Alexa. We had a problem with no hot water but found if you turned the heating on via the thermostat in the main room, the boiler started up. Alessandro was quick to respond to any problems The centre is a further 100 metres uphill with many restaurants , shops and bars La Dispensa is very popular, especially with locals and tasty food

Road noise in the morning but being in the ZTL zone was minimal

The hot water system is tricky. You have to turn the heat on in order to have hot water which of course, made it hot in the apartment. We learned to turn it off as soon as we showered & washed dishes. The bed was very hard & the bed pillows need to be replaced.
