Obiekt położony przy samym stoku, można podjechać na nartach. Ładnie urządzony apartament, w środku niczego nie brakowało. Można śmiało zrobić sobie śniadanie (na zdjęciach może tego nie widać ale jest palnik oraz pralka). Do tego super miła i pomocna właścicielka.

Czystość ok ale jest sporo do poprawy. Wnętrze szuflad i półki brudne. Było też kilka ciemnych włosów. Również na pościeli ( nie były moje, ja jestem blondynką ). Do tego zdjęcia basenu mogą sugerować że jest on dla gości obiektu i jest bezpłatny, niestety wejście kosztuje 130 gel od osoby. Dużym minusem jest też muzyka, która jeden z lokali gra do późnych godzin wieczornych ale to nie wina gospodarza obiektu, warto mieć to jednak na uwadze.

The apartment needs significant refurbishment

The apartment was great, and well equipped. It's beautiful, comfortable, and very close to the slope. ski in-ski out experience. Check-in was easy through the reception desk, and the same goes for check-out. Two minutes walk to most of New Gudauri's facilities.

The location of the property in comparison to New Gudauri's facilities is inconvenient - the main way to go by foot is through the steep, slippery ski slope, therefore it's not recommended for the elderly. Payment was also uncomfortable, since it didn't use the Booking website or application platforms.

The location was best. The apt had all the equipments.

The room was smaller than expected. The bed was not comfortable. The bidet was difficult to operate.

The location is amazing. Room has good size and has everything you need from the cooking utensils and the smallest thing you need in the kitchen to the cleaning equipment and clothes outdoor hanger. This is perfect for long-term of stay.

Checking in is quite hard for us as we weren't informed earlier that we have to go and to the other building's reception to do it so we have to keep moving back & forth with our luggages. I think the curtain needs some fixing and cleaning as it's a bit dusty.

Big room with nice view in a modern apartment block, relatively close of the first gondola. Bathroom and kitchen very nice compared to other apartments. Washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle and micro wave available.

Reception personal rather useless. Ski depot available, but very smelly due to stray dogs sleeping there at night and personal lockers rather small (max 1,5 Personal stuff). As mentioned, location very close but you need a short hike from the last slope up to the hotel.
