Piacevole appartamento ben arredato e ben riscaldato, al terzo piano con ascensore di un palazzo d'epoca.

In cucina manca il bollitore elettrico, le bustine da thè erano contate. In bagno non c'erano gli "ospiti", ossia gli asciugamani da bidet, né un punto di appoggio ( almeno una mensola) per cosmetici e materiali da toeletta donna e uomo.
