I've been visiting El Cotillo for nearly 20 years, the location of this property is one of the best in the village... right on the beautiful Los Lagos del Cotillo! The apartment complex is quiet and very family friendly, a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. There has been more development nearby in recent years which means there are plenty of shops and restaurants less than a few minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean and had all of the essentials including towels, the host made it very easy for us to check-in. We will definitely be back!

"Beautiful and lovely host"

The place, the sunset, the calm.

I have to say that for a family i think is a must to have the Hoover, and/or a small dishwasher. Having to remove the sand with a broom 300 times for a fortnight is really annoying (besides, even a sub-brand hoover (30/40 Euro), is more effective). Yes, all we need is the sun and the see, and the place is wonderful, that's have no price, I know! But a hoover or better a small dishwasher help a lot to relax, when you have children 😸 That's obviously my opinion and a little suggestions to improve the quality of the stay 😊
