New Gudauri Twins Mountain view

The view was good, decent kitchen to prepare some food. If you are going to ski beware, you need to walk uphill on a road with a lot of car traffic and they never salt the roads so its super icey.

There was only one already used roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 5 nights. I asked for more but recieved no reply. They have dish detergant but no sponges, cutlery in the drawers were dirty. They had an extra pillow but no pillowcase. Also the shower has no place to put any ammenities so its very annoying. Also no floor towel.

У нас было две квартиры снято, квартиры в ужасном состоянии, та , что с серым дизайном немного получше, там много, что поломано, но не так грязно, а вот бежевая квартира - всё грязное, стены грязные, всё поцарапанное, душ отваливается, плинтус отбит, квартира требует ремонта, матрас был ужасным, продавленным в середине, мы скатывались в низ, посуда старая, и её почти не было, кухня в жиру, в стиральной машине лежала грязная вонючая тряпка от пола, не советую абсолютно, мы переехали в другое место по итогу, и хозяйка отказалась что либо возвращать.

Great view on lower Gudauri. Matches the photos. No problems with water, good wifi (in summer).

It looks all new, but bathroom tap or tiles on balcony floor are falling apart a little already. Nothing major though, you can live with those for this price.

Clean , close to amenities and the hosts was very helpful . Our son enjoyed the waking up and seemingly snow from the beautiful Mountain View we had.

Appartment has probably the best view in new Gudauri. Walking distance to the Gondola lift is manageable. Walking distance to the night skiing in Pirvelli is closer than most, because it is at the start of New Gudauri. Quite comfy mattress, could be better, Bathroom was warm, really to our likingand modern. Heating in the room was more than enough, maybe too much :p. Kitchen was equiped well. We asked for extra hangers for the closet and we were provided from our lovely host Iryna. Very helpfull in all we asked during our stay. Also in the third day we found out the lights at the ceiling can be turned to our liking because they were really bright and direct. Wifi connection was good for all we needed

Since this is an apparthotel, this is beyond the scope of a review for a room so all is good, but a quick mention to the following. Maybe it was our mistake, but there is no infinity pool, or spa in the building of Twins Hotel. The photos are from a different building. When it comes to spa, nobody likes cold walking after a hot bath or massage, so we didnt go.

The Mountain View, clean and cozy enough room, locker for ski equipment

Too overpriced. It was announced about the spa and pool, but but it turned out that it was in another building and for an extra price. Toilet barely worked and we had to flush it for 5-10 times. The location is far from ski in place, it’s a lowest building in the village, so you have to walk long uphill in equipment to reach a ski lift.

This unit had amazing views of the snowy mountains, a truly highlight of the stay. Other than that, it was in close proximity to main amenities, such as supermarket (SPAR), ski rental shops, restaurants and ski area itself (10-15mins walk). Special thanks to Iryna for all the assistance and help during before and during our stay. You deserve 5 stars for the extra effort provided.

Unfortunately, we had issues with our toilet, which was eventually fixed. It was an inconvenience, because there are no other public toilets (swimming pool or gym) within the same building, so we had to endure some unpleasantness.
