Free parking. Well equipped kitchen. 20mins drive to Bristol City Centre. Clean and nice decor. Good communication with owner. Didn't meet him but that suited us fine.

Towels were like sandpaper. The single beds were very wobbly and rolled over the floor every time you moved. Would have been good to have a couple of fans in the hot weather and black out curtains/ blinds - the bedroom was very bright in the early summer mornings. The TV signal wasn't good but easily solved by watching Netflix instead.

everything was perfect but I think when it’s warmer month a tower/table fan would have been nice to have especially for the bedroom other than that everything was really nice, I met the landlord he is really nice person.

Compact comfortable and well appointed. All we needed and Everton was helpful.

Very easy to access apartment and parking space was very useful. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed, it was perfect.

We did have a little trouble with the TV connection but this wasn’t an issue as we didn’t really use the TV and instead listened to music on the Alexa

The property was very clean and well equipped - it was self-catering, which was just what we wanted. The bed was VERY comfortable. The limited space is well used. Spiral staircase probably wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues but was fine for us. It's in a normal residential area which was find for us as we were visiting a family member nearby. Having off-road parking was a necessity. I thought the finishing touches were stylish.

I didn't find the futon especially comfortable as a sofa.
