Labs plānojums, liela kvadratūra- 1 istabu dzīvoklim. Izcils remonts, iekārtojuma dizains. Plaša lodžija ar atpūtas/galdiņa vietu, kā arī ar veļas žāvēšanas režģim ir vieta. Plaša virtuve-konfektes, kafija, tēja, ella, cukurs..., virtuves piederumi -mikrene, kafijas aparāts un visi pārējie trauki. Vannas istabā vertikālā veļasmašīna-instrukcija virtuvē uz ledusskapja. Plaša guļamistaba - balta 2 vietīgā gulta ar skaistu gultas veļu - ar rozēm... , liels, balts skapis. RAKSTĀMGALDS (man svarīga vieta) turpat arī interneta Wifi parole. Uz leduskapja mapē ir GULBENES apskates objektu bukletiņi... PALDIES saimniekam - noderēja.

Ilgi meklēju veļasmašīnai mazgāšanas līdzekli - bet turpat lejā jau bija- smukā mazā kastītē. Pati slikti redzu :)

Ļoti tīrs un mājīgs, silts dzīvoklītis, virtuvē ir viss nepieciešamais, lai varētu pagatavot ēdienu. Ļoti laba lokācija tuvumā veikali, parks, stāvvieta.

Nepatika, ka matracis bija ļoti skaļš līdz ar to pagriežoties uz sāna uzreiz modos augšā. Nepatika ka augšstāvā kaimiņi trokšnoja jau no paša rīta, iespējams veica remontdarbus.
