BEACH Luxury Upmarket 2B 2B OCEAN VIEWS 250m to BUDDINA BEACH!

Nice furniture and bedding. It is back from the beach, and sea views are in the distance. Convenient location by the Kawana Shopping Mall and restaurants. It is a new complex so modern. The owners were lovely and had good communication. This is the owner's own holiday apartment.

Some things you would expect weren't there - tea, coffee, sugar, and milk to start your stay, although I found the owner's supply of tea in a cupboard which we didn't use. A coffee machine, but no ground coffee so had to go buy to use, which is inconvenient when travelling. Cleaning wasn't as good as it could have been. 2nd bedroom configuration would be inconvenient for some as it had a queen bed, then a low double or queen size futon? close to floor and corners touched. No laundry powder. A mat in front of the couch would have made it cosier.

Apartment was wonderful . Lovely views very clean , comfortable and close to shops and beach. The hosts were very accommodating and we had a fantastic time. Would definitely stay again . 🙂👍

This place was amazing. The photos don't do it justice. Beautiful decor, even fairy lights out on the balcony. There really wasn't anything they hadn't thought of. From the full sized shampoo and conditioner in the shower to Glen 20, hand wash and tissues. The balcony was huge with comfy furniture, including a bench and BBQ. The views from this 5th floor apartment are fantastic. The lounge room had a recliner plus a sofa bed, great dining area, and large fully equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms were really spacious too. The apartment was in a perfect position with Kawana Shopping Village right behind The Hedge and the surf lifesaving club and beach 1 street in front. The only thing we could fault was lack of signage to find the basement car park easily at night. Other than that, just perfect!

the location was good, next door to shopping centre, cinemas and restaurants. not far from Pt Cartwright and 200m to beach. it has a oartial ocean view. Apartment is modern, quiet, well fitted out. comfy qs bed. It’s very secure, as is the carpark. we would stay again for sure.

a little bit tricky using keys and codes to access the apartment, but ok once up to speed it was no bother.
