Couldn’t find anything wrong with the property. Clean inside….cozy….easy access to the city and Amy was just so lovely when we arrived. We will book again for our next family visit

It’s was clean and fully equipped with everything you would need and more. The fresh milk and coffee was a great welcome.

We really loved this place, we had 3 small kids, 7, 6 and 4 and it was ideal, felt like home away from home with all the little extras, like toy boxes full of toys for the children, basics like tea, coffee and sugar already stocked. The access to Streamvale Farm was a brilliant bonus and we spent a full day touring the farm. Our hosts at Heathery Hill were very friendly and happy to answer our queries. We will definitely recommend here to our friends and family

Enjoyed it all

This place is amazing especially for families with small children. So many fun things to do for them and to see the animals was amazing. The house is really comfortable and has lots of nice touches, like a little play area for toddlers and board games for kids. Beds were really comfortable and the only noise you'll hear here is the sound of a cockrell in the morning, perfect peaceful break.

Would be nice if there was a bath for small kids but it wouldn't bother me either..

Heathery Hill is a beautifully presented and immaculately clean property located on Streamvale working farm. It also offers an open-farm experience which can be enjoyed by all the family. We stayed in August 2025 , arriving Friday afternoon and leaving Monday morning. Heathery Hill has comfortable beds, lovely views, games and toys for children and a well-equipped kitchen in a peaceful location. Everything is extremely well planned and laid out, with day-time opportunities (just a couple of minutes walk down the hill) to learn about the animals and taste the farm produce. We enjoyed the fresh, free-range cow's milk which is gently pasteurised, from the grass-fed girls you can hear mooing outside your bedroom window. No plastics, just a reusable glass bottle. Ice-cream tasting is also available in a variety of flavours- choose your favourite! We enjoyed watching the sheepdog agility and herding display and having a tractor ride to feed the red deer and see Scottie the bull. We were a mixed generation family group of 5, from Northern Ireland and London visitors (with a 51 year age gap between the oldest and the youngest) and all of us were delighted by Streamvale Farm. Additionally just to note, although this is a scenic rural location, it's only minutes drive from a variety of restaurants and a cinema. It's also close (by car/ taxi) to attractions like the Titanic Centre and W5 so very convenient for a family visit to Belfast.

With 5 of us and just one shared bathroom, an ensuite in one of the other rooms could be useful.

Lovely barn conversion really well equipped with everything we needed for our stay plus loads of toys for little ones. Able to visit stream vale farm twice as it was very warm so spread visit over the two days of our trip. Kids loved the farm and toys in the house.

Nothing to dislike.

Wonderful home, away from the city attached to a farm that has its own attractions for kids. About 15 mins from downtown Belfast.
