We booked for 5 nights, and only stayed for 4 nights. Only had hot water for one shower. The rest of the time, cold water, low water pressure. We were informed about the poor water pressure upon arrival, but not that there will only be cold water . Once we started complaining, a plumber was contacted (2 days later). A plumber came out, asked one of the gentlemen in charge, if the geyser was switched off for the whole day again....that explains a lot. Had hot water and great water pressure for one shower, after plumber was contacted, and that was it. When trying to get hold of the one gentleman in charge, we were informed that he will come to the room once he's back from the other property. Still waiting...He only collected the keys from us on Monday morning and asked if we were leaving sooner than booked, because the car was already packed and ready to go. We did not get any further explanation or apology. Neither were we offered a refund for the 5th night.
