Neville was exceptionally rude. The toilet was broken the first day and then the bathroom had a leak and puddle on the floor for the rest of the stay. When I reported this I was told I was freeloader and just wanted a free stay? All because I complained about not liking a broken toilet and a puddle on the floor in the room I paid for. The walls were moldy, literal water damage and powder mold, at your head of the bed. The plugs didn't work, the curtain rods were broken and parts of them lying around the room. The main picture used for the guest house was for a completely different property. They said the room included toiletries, this was only one hand soap. They said there was a coffee machine this was a kettle. No coffee or sugar sachets, its in a reusable jar that all guests before you are touching and putting spoons in, so unhygienic. The coffee in the container is clumpy and old from standing there. They say no pets but have dogs in an enclosure inside the property next to the rooms that bark day and night. False advertising, unhygienic, rude property managers, zero customer service skills. Zero accountability, got upset with me for complaining about a broken toilet and a leak??
