I requested for 1 day early check out and keep my money which i paid in advance, which can be adjusted in my future stays, they didnt agree to that. Its unfair, its not like the room will get wasted as this was informed 9 am. But they didnt understand. Its unfortunately bad guest service and relation.

NAUB House is located in an excellent area within a secure society, close to all renowned hospitals in Gurugram. Right in front of the house, there is a beautiful park where you can enjoy walks, children can play, and families can spend quality time together. The room size is spacious, and my room even had an attached veranda overlooking the park, which made the stay very pleasant. The staff were also very supportive and knowledgeable, providing helpful guidance about nearby facilities and tourist spots.

NAUB house normally not offer any breakfast but their kitchen is not fully equipped—it lacked an oven, had limited cooking items, and fewer cutleries than expected.
