O apartamento é excelente, bonito, confortável, muito bem equipado, não senti falta de nada. O condomínio também é excelente, tranquilo, silencioso, muito bonito com infraestrutura na praia.

O único ponto negativo é que o restaurante do condomínio não funciona para jantar no domingo e não abre na segunda e na terça, e como o condomínio é mais afastado tem que se programar com comida nesses dias ou recorrer ao iFood com uma taxa de entrega mais salgada.
