Host was very responsive and accommodating to our late night arrival, with clear instructions before, during and after. He was quick to remedy the extra blankets needed as the season changed. Loved the complimentary Kerig coffee & creamers, plus ability to cook. (could use a pan that goes in the oven). Good hot shower. Comfortable living room couches.

Street noise is present, particularly since it is near a hospital. Could not seem to control the thermostat for the apartment.

The host was very responsive. He provided toiletries, cleaning supplies, bottled water, garbage bags, etc. etc. Very thoughtful, no detail was overlooked. Very pleased with the amenities provided, and the place was very well maintained. Also loved the parking behind the house. And we enjoyed free TV, including Netflix.

Location , price , layout

Need a driveway snowplow and salt guy !! Need to get the beds off of the rollers - they slide all over the floors and make a ton of noise — and I am pretty sure someone came into the appt while we were gone - without notifying me —

I have absolutely no complaints about this property. We had A Family member in the Danbury hospital and we needed a place close by 2 stay. This property is only a three minute drive or a ten minute walk to the hospital. It was impeccably clean and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.
