Gemütliches, verwinkeltes Apartment. Strandnah. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und im hinteren Zimmer waren die (Heizungs-) Rohre nachts sehr "aktiv".
