"В целом если не вникать бытовые проблемы отличная локация и размещение для семьи"

Хорошая локация сразу выходишь старый город красивый вид из окна

Грязный парадная и общие коридоры и неопрятный лифт По умолчанию нету много мусорных пакетов надо было просить на ресепшене как попрошайка то же самое с туалетной бумагой ездили с семьей пять человек было всего два рулона бумаги на пять ночей приходилось просить её на ресепшене. Отдельная тема интернет работает крайне нестабильно Wi-Fi. И только в одной комнате более-менее в спальне взрослой постоянно обрывалась. Хорошо что был мобильный европейский интернет свой у меня. В телевизоре не мешало бы чтобы был Smart TV а не просто каналы немецкие.

"Aufgrund der Lage einfach Mega, aber bedarf dringend einer gründlichen Grundreinigung!"

Die Lage ist einfach großartig und die Wohnung für eine vier-köpfige Familie super geräumig! Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war die Lautstäke von den darunter liegenden Restaurants und Touristenströmen wirklich in Ordnung. wussten ja wo sich die Wohnung befindet. Ab Mitternacht war dann auch die Musik aus, sodass wir bei offenem Fenster geschlafen haben.

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wie bereits andere geschrieben haben. Das stört uns jedoch nicht. Problematisch war aber, dass die Duschkabine einfach nur mal kräftig von innen gereinigt werden müsste! so hatte sich inzwischen ein Film/Schimmel gebildet, der aber mit einem Schwamm abgehen würde... Wir haben uns dagegen entschieden es an der Rezeption zu melden, da dies die einzige Wohnung in dem Apartmenthaus war, die über Booking angeboten wird und ich am Tage von der Wohnung aus gearbeitet habe und somit keinen Zimmerservice in Anspruch nehmen wollte. Beim Stoßlüften folgen die Wollmäuse durch die Wohnung...Ebenso die Abzugshaube in der Küche klingt sehr abenteuerlich und müsste gewartet und gereinigt werden.
