Superb location, customer friendly staff. Comfortable accomodation. Would like to stay again.

Location, furniture and facilities

Views and location was super, it was a spacious place

The whole place would benefit from being updated, it looked a little tired in places. Check in process was a nightmare and asked for an awful lot of personal information from each guest No proper communal place apart from the kitchen, one bedroom has a tv but not really space for 6 to be comfortable

Location

Run down property, poor quality bed and bedding, uncomfortable, unpleasant smell. The TV was not working during the whole stay despite the fact that we contacted manager both by email and telephone. Kitchen lacking basics, as example we had no proper knife. If you look for comfort and good night sleep you are better off somewhere else.

The bathroom a little bit smaller

Lovely neighborhood, close to everything. Apartment has fantastic views of the city. Really well kitted out.

Clean, great location and helpful staff.

The shower stalls are not installed properly so that after the shower the floor may get wet. We could use another pair of sheets.
