Parking on the pavement as road narrow. Only 1 TV in lounge which I was told by the letting agent had been mentioned previously on other guests feedback. No dishwasher.

Pretty much exactly what we needed for a lads weekend in Carlisle. Place was clean and towels provided, we were actually a little late checking out and the cleaning crew had no problem giving us 30 to finish getting out.

It was a little further from the centre than expected but only 20mins from centre at a canter. Even that as I read it back is picking but the site is making write 2 sentences about what I didn't like 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Really easy to find and spacious comfortable bedrooms. Further out of town than expected but we really enjoyed the walk in as it gave us a chance to look around. There were lots of places near enough to the house for food shopping and take away. Lovely clean bathrooms and the beds were very comfy. Also, very quiet so slept well and it was nice and cosy despite the cold weather.

The stairs were pretty steep so a bit tricky to come down if you have size 12 feet! The dining table was small for 6 people and it could have done with a few more utensils in the kitchen. But for the price we paid it was excellent!

Pre-arrival information via email was very helpful. Keys in lockbox made check-in easy and convenient. Heating was on when we arrived so the rooms were warm on entry. Wifi was stable and good signal. Very spacious property. Well stocked kitchen. Harraby Inn is very good pub for drinks and food within few minutes walk. Park on quiet street outside property free of charge. Definitely value for money.

The beds and bedrooms

Lovely and clean, spacious bedrooms, great bathrooms and kitchen. Well equipped.

Street parking was a bit tight and actually on the pavement. Main staircase was very steep. But both are obviously beyond the owners control.
